WF Media Group is set to revolutionize urban clean comedy with the national rollout of its Healthy Laughter stand-up comedy brand. The ambitious campaign will be distributed across multiple platforms, including national television syndication, OTT streaming platforms, and audio comedy specials via satellite radio and streaming audio platforms. In addition, WF Media Group is launching its proprietary Branded Content DVD, an exciting mix of digital media and physical media distribution.

HL co-founders, Akintunde & Eunissa Warnock have set a bold goal to deliver 1 million units nationwide over the next 18-months, beginning with an initial run of 100,000 units. The first phase will kick off with the distribution of 25,000 DVDs across Georgia, South Carolina, and North Carolina in key cities, including Columbia, Charleston, Savannah, Augusta, Greenville, Charlotte, and Florence. The Healthy Laughter DVDs will be packed with comedy content, health tips, and sponsor-branded information, serving as a unique hybrid of entertainment and wellness education.

The campaign will officially launch over Thanksgiving weekend with a 3-Day Comedy Weekend event and the national debut of the comedy special Healthy Laughter Volume 1. This will be followed by the rollout of the Healthy Laughter Volume 1 Branded Content DVD. Titles in the series will include Healthy Laughter Volume 1 (a 1-hour comedy special), Healthy Laughter Presents: The First Ladies of Comedy (four 30-minute specials), Healthy Laughter Presents: Akintunde – Grown Man Chronicles (1-hour comedy special), and Healthy Laughter Volume 2 (1-hour comedy special). In Fall 2025, a full 26-episode Healthy Laughter series will premiere to national television audiences local market syndication and across various streaming platforms.
WFMG will execute the production of the Healthy Laughter under newly established relationships with South Carolina-based Compass Studios and other various production partnerships. Audio production and distribution will be delivered under WFMG’s own audio comedy label, Joke Farm Records, ensuring top-quality content for every platform. Production will be supported with an aggressive social media content and marketing campaign. This comprehensive media strategy is set to redefine how clean comedy and branded content intersect, engaging audiences on every level - all while helping everyday Americans to laugh their way to a healthier life.
